What do you think of leather skirts, sexy or
dated? Personally, I love them. I have about
5 skirts of different lengths and in either
black or tan. I think they go well with polo
neck jumpers and knee high boots.
A mate of mine thinks that they have been out
of fashion for years but I still find them
really sexy and they keep you warm in the
cold.
What do you think? Do you wear leather skirts
often or would you not touch them with a
barge pole?
Hiya hun, how are you? Yeah, I totally agree
with you that you should wear what you want.
They are very sexy and I like the fact that
not many women wear them nowadays so that you
tend to stand out. Black is my favourite
colour especially with a back split.
I do have a tan knee length leather skirt
with a front split which looks ultra sexy
when worn bare legged with a tan on.
I was thinking of buying a red knee length
leather skirt once as they look quite funky
and you would definitely draw attention to
yourself ;0)
A few years ago, my bf bought me a knee
length black leather skirt (he was trying to
get me to dress more sexily!). I loved the
feel of it - and the attention I got when I
went out in it - so now I have quite a
few leather skirts, mostly in blck and from
long to mini.
I think they go beyond what's fashionable as
they are just so sexy that you'll always be
noticed if you're wearing one! As for the
red one Abi - go or it - I've got a 14" red
leather mini and I just love it!

Tasha - normally I'd agree - denim minis can
be great fun but leather ones really do
attract male attention. That's fine for me,
but, having checked your profile, don't you
think you're a little young to go out dressed
so overtly sexually? No offence intended,
just wouldn't want anything unpleasant to
happen to you.
Tsh - I think it's maybe he fact that lots of
girs wear denim and micros, so if a girl goes
out in a leather mini, quite a lot of men
will interpret that as a desire to be seen as
really sexy compared to others.. leather just
seems to send out that message! Can
certainly be a lot of fun! ;-)

Ignore what everyone says paleheart, leather
skirts rock and getting attention off guys is
the best so keep wearing them!!
Love denim minis too, they look great this
time of year with opaque tights and long
boots. Btw, extreme there's no proof that as
you put it, "ugly girls" wear short skirts.
Hi Abi... mt 14" red leather mini is gorgeous
- very bight red and really soft thin leather
(unfortunately I bought it from a really nice
shop in Covent Garden that's since closed :-)
- have a few things from there).
I've teamed it with a few things - I've worn
it as a suit with a soft red blazer-style
(but shorter) jacket from the same shop.
I've also worn it with a little black top,
sheer barely black holdups and stilettos and
I've also worn it out with knee length boots
and a short 'gucci' style black leather
jacket.
I agree with you re boots and denim minis.. I
went out last night in my denim mini with
pewter knee boots.. felt really good. I've
bought some longer boots but not been ut in
them... yet!
Yes leather skirts look good on slim to
average sized women just like roxanne
pallett's character Jo in emmerdale she's
always in leather of some kind.
I wear leather
trousers and jacket when i ride my motorcycle
but other than that i just wear leather
jacket i wouldn't wear leather trousers out
for night just for motorcycle riding.
I did see
theese 2 foregin women looked like poles they
were both slim but were wearing theese skin
tight bright red leather trousers which and i
mean they were stuck to them but it showed
off 2 pairs of perfect buns lol

think if you're wearing a red leather skirt
then you can only team it with a top/jacket
that's either red or black.
I haven't got any pewter boots but saw a girl
wearing a pair the other day and she looked
fab in them. Makes a change from black
anyway!!

outfits... I guess the overall effect can be
a bit tarty... but what the hell! ;-) I
don't seem to get too many complaints from
guys when I'm out on the town! Get a few
dirty looks from other women, though!
Tash... I idn't say it would be tarty for you
to wear a leather mini! I said that the
overall effict I create can be quite tarty
(with the jacket & shoes / boots / hair /
makeup etc)... so it's not you who's a
tart... it's me!
Tash - thanks for the nice words about me not
being a tart,, but... although I usually aim
to look smart / chic, there are occasions
when looking a bit of a tart is entirely
intentional .
Nice to hear about your new boots - where'd
you get them? I've had some lovely and sexy
knee length boots from Faith in recent
years... love the metal tips on both the heel
and the toe.. really noisy!
Roxxxy - I agree that leather skirts can look
'Liz Macdonald' and I'd be the first to admit
that I've gone out in a little leather skirt,
tight top and heels looking a bit that way...
but it was intentional and was the look I was
after on that occasion. I've also dressed a
leather skirt up to look really classy with a
cashmere top and sophisticted jewellery -
like may items of clothing, a leather skirt
can contribute to a variety of 'looks'.
I think leather skirts look great and minis
look classy when teamed up in a skirt suit.
A few days ago when going out shopping, I
wore a black leather mini with matching short
jacket and a black jumper with knee high
boots and I didn't get any negative comments
and no-one looked down at me.
Good for you Abi.. some people here sound
like we shouldn't even be allowed to have our
positive opinions of leather skirts, let
alone enjoy going out in them.
Any leather on a lady looks realy sexy and
classy and is a shame its looked apon as
trashy and [censored]ty. Wish more women had
the confidence to wear it then i might be
able to find one of them. Just carry on
wearing it as long as it makes you feel good.

leather skirt before and I don't like the
